Good Morning from an almost sunny Bristol.
Welcome to this month’s new subscribers. Time is not on my side at the moment, so this is a very quick update.
I’ve had a holiday (I think), and I am now looking after my grandchildren EVERY day as my daughter-in-law is on an intense four-week training course. I can’t remember my own kids being this exhausting. They might look like angels in this picture, but they are very demanding. I have a dog with an ulcerated eye, which after three procedures hasn’t healed, so I’m
on first name terms with all the staff at the vets. That said, we’re off for another check-up in an hour, so please keep your fingers crossed. She is not happy wearing the cone, which has been a fixture for almost four weeks and it’s driving her mad.
But, at least I’ve made it here to let you know that the latest audio book, Meredith & Hodge Bear Witness, went live today. The very talented Lee Beddow & Perdita Lawton have done an excellent job as always, and I think you’re going to love it! If you would like a free code, please drop me an email. I know some of you listen to them via audible membership, and never ask for a code, so here are the links. Click HERE if you use .com – and HERE if you use .co.uk.
With regards to the works in progress, I’m working (I use that term loosely at the moment) on the latest Meredith & Hodge – as yet untitled. Although I know who died and how, and most importantly why, I have still to decide ‘whodunit’. But, it is crawling along, albeit at a snail’s pace. Only three and a half weeks to go, and I promise to get my head down.
That’s it for now, got to find the harness and lead,
Happy reading

I see that Molly is on the mend. wondrrful! It is always so sad when our little furry friends are in pain.
I’m thrilled that this latest is now on audio. I enjoy Lee’s narration, and I love this book. I would love a code. Thanks, Marcia, good luck with your grands! Best, Carol Franck
Thank you Carol. She’s enjoying the freedom of loosing the cone :). I will email you a code this evening.
Hope you are keeping well.

Bless you Marcia
You have a lot in your plate. Grands can be time consuming I know! We have 3- one lives nearby in New York and the others are twins and live in AU and are here for the month! We haven’t had them all together in 4 years and love it!
I am going to download the M&H book so I can refresh my mind while waiting for the next one!
Good luck w your dog as well and thanks for the update.
Stay well
Hi Nancy,
How wonderful for you. Make the most of having them altogether, it will be very quiet when they go home. Good news on Molly, although scarred her eye has healed enough to have the cone off, she’s now laying next to me cleaning all the bits she couldn’t reach before (!) Enjoy your refresher. M x
A new audiobook! And here’s me with a bunch of unused credits. One less unused credit once I hie myself over to audible!
Ah thank you, Alexes, I do hope you enjoy it. Hurrah for unused credits!
Hope all goes well at the vet and that you enjoy the time with your grandchildren.
I can’t wait to catch up with Meredith and Hodge! X
Thanks Pippa, Good news with Molly the cone has gone. I promise it will be out by Christmas . . .
Fingers crossed for your dog, good luck and hope it goes well.
Been looking forward to Bear Witness for what seems like ages, glad it’s finally released in Audio.
Best wishes
Brad
